The San Marcos River Foundation (SMRF) works with Aquarena to provide regular water hyacinthremoval the first and third Wednesday of every month from 4pm-6pm and the 4th Saturday at 9 am-noon. Volunteers meet at the Wetlands nursery at Aquarena. Expect to get wet and dirty so dress accordingly. For more information contact: SMRF | ![]() |
